Best practices related to operational management were also presented in detail.
The representatives of all the Foundation members described their best practices used in their day-to-day market management. All the presentations were followed by a discussion related to the presented best practices, giving an opportunity to exchange information and experiences among all the markets.
The work on the best practices will be finalised with a publication of best practices in the wholesale market management, which is planned to be completed in autumn 2009.
