Visit of the representatives of the Cluj Wholesale Marketback

The County Council of Cluj, Romania, with funds from PHARE Program, implements the PHARE Project "Marketing Centre for Agricultural Products Cluj". Under this project the wholesale market for fruit and vegetables is built. It will start operations in mid-2006.



The representatives of the Agricultural Centre Transilvania Cluj SA, Cluj County Council, Apahida Local Council and Romanian-Polish Business Chamber visited Foundation and Warsaw Wholesale Market. The discussions involved marketing, management of the agricultural products, relationship with the producers and clients, plus some legal and technical issues.



The newly created wholesale market looks forward to further cooperation with the CEI Wholesale Markets Foundation.
