Meeting of the CEI Working Group on Agriculture
A meeting of the CEI Working Group on Agriculture was held on 29 April 2005 at the CEI Headquarters in Trieste. The Foundation was represented by its vice-president Mr. Zoran Krsnik. The CEI confirmed its financial assistance to the Foundation in regards to training activities, seminars and workshops.

FRESH2005, a three-day conference and exhibition, meets in Budapest, Hungary, on 1–3 June 2005.

Workshop on the role of wholesale markets in developing farmers' cooperatives/associations
On 12–16 October 2004 there was a workshop on the role of wholesale markets in developing farmers’ cooperatives/associations and strengthening links between cooperatives and agricultural wholesale markets; the proactive role of wholesale markets in small farmer marketing support and development. It was hosted by the National Wholesale Markets Company of Croatia.

6th CEI Summit Economic Forum took place in Warsaw, Poland on 19th–21st November 2003. Foundatation coordinated a session on “Agricultural wholesale markets, food distribution systems and food quality/safety”.

Workshop on Diversification of wholesale market commercial activities to enhance incomes is organized in Budapest, Hungary on 7th–10th September 2003.
Split Wholesale Market joins the Foundation
Split Wholesale Market is located in Croatia and its construction was coordinated by National Wholesale Markets Company (NWMC). The market had actively participated in the Foundation’s activities and decided to gain full membership to benefit more from the Project.

Annual meeting of the Foundation was held in Bucharest, Romania on 4th–8th May. Members also had a possibility to visit small assembly markets outside of the capital.
World Union of Wholesale Markets Conference in Bulgaria
The CEI Wholesale Markets Foundation is represented at the World Union of Wholesale Markets Conference in Sophia, Bulgaria. The main objective of the travel was to establish contact and form relationships between the CEI Wholesale Markets Foundation and the World Union of Wholesale Markets.
Workshop on Regulatory Framework in Croatia
Workshop on Improvement of the Regulatory Framework for Effective Operation and Management of Wholesale Markets was held on 29th September–4th October in Croatia. We also organized study tour of Croatian Wholesale Markets.
