Membership is open to all members of the CEI.

The initial membership fee for any new member of the Foundation is Euro 1,250.

According to Resolution No. 5/1/2010 the Foundation Programme Council of 24 June 2010, the annual fee is as follows:

• Wholesale markets with an area below 5 ha – Euro 600
• Wholesale markets with an area over 5 ha – Euro 1,250.
